Before we finalize the contract, the We Buy Yolo team inspects the interior and exterior condition of the home to determine what repairs are necessary, just like a traditional home sale. We schedule the inspections for you, at your convenience and at no cost to you. If the inspections identify the need for repairs, you have options on how to complete the repairs. You can complete the repairs yourself at your cost. You can leave the repairs to us and we will credit the transaction to cover the wholesale cost of the repairs, or you can cancel the contract without any obligation or penalty.

  • The referring agent or broker is not being compensated by the seller
  • The referring agent submits the referral inquiry before the seller has entered into contract with We Buy Yolo
  • The seller’s property closes within 60 days from the effective date
